By scheduling or purchasing a photography session with Nesta Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Deposit

A deposit or retainer may be required to reserve your session date and time. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or agreed to in writing.

Payment

Any remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session date unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved in advance.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. All new dates and times are subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or an applicable cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled session. Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled session and may result in reduced photography coverage.

Image Editing & Delivery

Final professionally edited images will be delivered according to the turnaround time associated with the selected package. Delivery times may vary during holidays, wedding season, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Copyright & Client Usage

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Nesta Photography retains the copyright to all photographs created during the session. Clients receive personal-use rights to download, share, display, and print their purchased final images.

Images intended for advertising, resale, publication, commercial campaigns, or other commercial purposes may require separate written permission or licensing unless commercial usage rights are specifically included in the purchased package.

RAW & Unedited Images

RAW files, unedited photographs, and unfinished images are not included with standard photography packages and will not be delivered unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Nesta Photography may use selected photographs for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, exhibitions, and other promotional purposes. Clients who prefer that their images remain private should submit a written privacy request before their scheduled session.

Weather, Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather, illness, emergencies, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, every effort will be made to reschedule the session to a mutually convenient date.
