Client cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session whenever possible.

Final galleries are delivered securely, and clients are encouraged to download and back up their files after delivery.
By booking with Nesta Photography, clients agree to our service terms, including booking deposits, payment schedules, cancellation and rescheduling policies, delivery timelines, and artistic editing style. All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Nesta Photography, while clients receive personal-use rights for sharing and printing. Commercial usage requires written approval.
